Return & Refund Policy
🔁 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of successful delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within this period by contacting our support team.
- All returned products must be in unused, unworn condition with original packaging and tags intact.
- A minimum processing fee of ₹99 is applicable for all return and refund requests.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for products purchased on sale. In exceptional and approved cases, only a 50% refund may be issued for on-sale items.
- If a returned product is found damaged, worn, washed, or used after inspection, only 50% of the product value will be refunded.
🍎 Edible & Perishable Items
- Edible items are generally non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
- In rare exception cases where a return is approved for such items, a deduction of 10% of the product price plus original shipping charges will be applied to the refund amount.
💰 Refund Process
- Once the returned product is picked up and successfully inspected, refunds will be processed within 6–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (minus the ₹99 processing fee or applicable deductions).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for COD.
- Our support team will contact you to confirm bank/UPI details before processing COD refunds.
📏 Size & Color Exchange
- Exchanges are available within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- A flat ₹99 exchange fee is applicable for each exchange request to cover logistics.
- The product must be in unused and unworn condition with original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.
